Muse in Revolt was born on election day in 2024.
I had been on Twitter daily for 12 years. I saw the signs. I spent my days helping people who were struggling and de-escalating situations with people (and bots) that were sowing chaos, things I already do at my 9-5. By the Summer of 2024, it was over. The fight was lost. The trolls had taken over, literally. There was a brief push towards the light when Kamala took the lead, but there was only so much that could be done without the shield of proper content moderation.
A new leadership at the helm with supporters that celebrate cruelty can not be trusted with our vulnerabilities. Before election day, I decided to delete my account--over 10,000 posts, poofed, my 18M reach washed away like footprints in the sand.
My handle at the time was very vague. Not really a name, barely even a concept. I knew if I wanted to be a part of the solution, I would need a real name. I was always a muse because I refused to watch people suffer the way I had. People don't to have to learn the hard way--growth has many paths. In my career, I worked to find ways to motivate people without using fear. I decided to make this part of my new identity.
Now, I spend my days surfing the algorithmic waves as Eliko Thalia, Muse in Revolt. I am a mindset coach and relationship doula, helping to inspire the tired. I keep my finger on the pulse while continuing my psychology and sociology studies so that I can eventually be a doctor of inspiration. I don't just share my observations--I share my ambitions too. Come with me on my journey to find my voice and my tribe.
